Just a plain and simple apple purée to serve with roast pork, or to use as a filling for pastries. Also lovely on top of yoghurt or ice cream.

A lovely recipe that my mum-in-law gave me. We have enjoyed it as an alternative to traditional cranberry sauce.

This banana smoothie is a lovely drink on a nice summer day. This is an especially healthy drink to serve at children's parties as an alternative to fizzy sugary drinks.
