Baileys and chocolate add a delightfully rich flavour to a classic cheesecake recipe. This makes a delicious ending to any special meal.

This is my basic recipe for a simple chocolate cake. It is egg free and dairy free.

After lots of tweaking I have a fudge brownie recipe that is delicious! It's not cakey and it's nice and chewy, and has a gentle sweetness that doesn't over power. Fantastic hot with some cornish ice-cream! or cooled for a nice chewy snack.

This is a really moist and chocolatey cake. The kids didn't even realise it had beetroot in the first time I made it. Decorate by dusting with icing sugar or it is delicious served warm with custard. For a healthier option serve with creme fraiche.

These are squidgy chocolate brownie-like cookies, combining the best of both worlds! They also happen to be dairy free.

You might need to make a double batch of these. They are so good that they will go in no time at all!

After a painful (yummy, but ridiculously unhealthy) amount of experimenting with different recipes I came up with this one. I think it's pretty damn good, myself. Also, it's sooo much better if you can leave these in a fridge overnight, as this makes 'em far more fudgey (ie. far more YUMMY!) They go down great at school =D

The chocolate chips make these scones very tasty but the orange juice makes them special. Make sure your butter is well chilled to produce the flakiest texture possible.

This one's really easy to make and is perfect for a coffee morning or for having guests round. Don't let the kids at them though or you'll never get them sleep.

This chocolate dip is delicious served with fruit (particularly strawberries), or warmed slightly and poured over ice-cream.

If you like chocolate ice cream you'll love this recipe, which is reminiscent of a frozen mousse. This recipe contains raw eggs. It is recommended that pregnant women, young children and the elderly do not consume raw eggs.
