This is a simple and delicious recipe! Serve with toasted ciabatta, crackers, carrots and celery sticks. This dip is also great cold.

Pronounced 'bun-yet,' this is an old Italian recipe from my Nonie's kitchen. It is made using mainly parsley and garlic and is meant to be eaten with crusty warm bread. It is almost sinful to share this secret recipe with the world, but I know you'll love it as much as my family and I do. Refrigerate overnight for best flavour.

This is a favourite nibble and canapé year-round, but especially welcome at Christmas and New Year's parties.

An impressive centrepiece for a festive vegetarian meal, this crisp filo pastry ring is filled with mushrooms, chestnuts, vivid, tart cranberries and cubes of tangy goat's cheese. Serve with cranberry sauce and a mixed leaf salad.

It is a recipe given to me some years ago by a friend when we were chatting about using up left over turkey. I usually serve it with pickled red cabbage (shop bought), and crispbreads.

To die for delicious. A fairly quick and easy party nibble and guests can't get enough. The perfect balance of sweet and savoury. Easy to adjust for large or small groups.

These little toasted slices of baguette are an easy and delicious party nibble. Use Parmesan instead of Pecorino if you wish.

These cheesy and buttery cheese straws come with a kick thanks to a touch of cayenne. If desired, omit the cayenne for a simple cheese straw recipe.

These tasty baked meatballs will disappear quickly from anyone's Christmas party. My mum makes them every year for New Year's Eve, and now so do I.
