I make these for my kids at Halloween. Everyone loves them, and they couldn't be easier to make!

I double the recipe and put in a glass baking dish (20x30cm). Nice for Christmas. . . Keep this fudge recipe a secret and family and friends will think you worked forever on it.

These peanut butter and white chocolate truffles are decorated to look like eyeballs. Fun to make and kids really get a kick out them. A bit time consuming, but the end-product is worth it.

A modification of the traditional potato and cabbage or kale dish, with chunks of potato and a rich cheesiness that my dad exclaims over. Using milk instead of cream makes it healthier.

It couldn't be easier to make this treat. Just melt chocolate chips and stir in peanuts and marshmallows.

Sweet, salty and chocolaty - this is a delicious way to dress up Granny Smith apples. Try these treats at your next autumn gathering.

A Halloween treat that children can have fun making. If you melt the chocolate and let it cool - they can do the rest.
