I love dumplings and have come up with this recipe using all of my favourite ingredients. The dumplings consist of pork, prawns, watercress, water chestnuts, and are absolutely delicious! Great for a party.

These tasty cheese and crab tarts are my favourite starter to impress guests! Great for Christmas or another special occasion, but you may want to double or triple the recipe.

This is an excellent way to serve mussels on the half shell. They are topped with a tangy blend of peppers and vinaigrette dressing. This makes a good for starter for a larger number of guests.
