I recently craved for cornbread however i couldn't find one here in england! Not even kenny rogers! So i decided to bake one. I found one recipe which i thought was salty and taste of baking soda. It had that burning, metallic taste. Anyway, i found on the internet kenny rogers corn muffin and decided to try it out. It was absolutely scrummy! Exactly what I had when i was child, eating it with roasted meats or fish and veggies! Anyway, here's the recipe of the corn muffin. anyway, enjoy!

These American-style cookies are simply irresistible eaten while still warm and the chocolate chunks are still soft and melting. Macadamia nuts, with their buttery flavour, add a crunchy texture, but can be omitted if you prefer. Like the chocolate, the nuts should be kept in fairly large pieces.

This fudge like brownie is rich but very tasty! I like to bake them, then leave in the fridge overnight for that lovely fudgy texture. I like to eat them on their own or serve it with vanilla ice cream and berries.

These are such fabulous brownies that I'm submitting Slater's method, with a few of my own tips. No nuts, no flavourings, just a 24-carat brownie as dense and fudgy as Glastonbury mud. Whatever else you add is up to you. Serves 12 (or two with the munchies).

Both children and adults will love these crisp, melt-in-the-mouth American-style cookies. They are a really wholesome treat, lower in fat and sugar than most bought cookies, and packed with oatmeal and raisins for extra nutrients and flavour. It’s worth making a double batch and freezing some – they’ll keep for 2 months and thaw in minutes.

I had a lot of peppers and tomatoes from the garden and wanted something spicy for a snack.
