This is an easy recipe for a classic British pudding.

This is my version. The trick is to make sure the beef dripping is piping hot.

I think its very easy, well most of it sure is anyway! The only bit that i really struggled on was the mixing of the ingredients, mixing it into breadcrumbs with your fingers bit i actually found that it was easier with the dough whisks. plus it deduces your mixing time by about 5-8 minutes. from then it gets pretty easy with the rolling and cuttting and everything...!

These Yorkshire puddings take less than 10 minutes from start to finish!

Easy yet so delicious, this fresh fruit trifle combines my favourite trifle recipes to create a mouthwatering dessert. Use any fruits you wish - such as mangos or raspberries - to create your own culinary delight.

I ususally serve this with hot custard but it's equally good cut into slices and eaten cold.

A great British favourite, this version of queen of puddings has a chocolate-flavoured base and is given the modern treatment with more fruit and less sugar and fat. Whenever there is leftover bread, turn it into breadcrumbs, by grating or whizzing in a food processor, then freeze until needed for a dish like this.

Few dishes can rival a magnificent traditional British roast beef with Yorkshire pudding. With a light batter, stock-based gravy and accompanying vegetables, this meal also supplies most of the nutrients we need for good health.

Everyone loves a trifle. In this lavish, super-quick version, moist almond macaroons laced with sherry are topped with tropical fruit, smooth custard and thick cream.

My granny's recipe!

This is a delicious and super sweet sticky pudding. It's very important to finely chop the dates before soaking to obtain a smooth consistency. This recipe is for a 20 cm (8in) round tin.

Succulent roast beef, crispy roast potatoes and root vegetables, and feather-light Yorkshire puddings make one of the best loved of Sunday lunches. This healthy version will please everyone, even the traditionalists. The roasting time is based on the weight of the joint; 20 minutes per 450g (1 lb) for rare, 25 minutes per 450g for medium well or 30 minutes per 450g for well done.

This is my version of traditional trifle without using jelly. We used to have this nearly every Sunday for dessert when I was growing up. It includes a fresh custard recipe but you could use supermarket prepared custard or make it with powder.

I got this recipe from my cousin. It's very easy to make and this is her recipe for the sponge.
