I work in a coffee shop and my favourite coffee drink is a caramel macchiato - so I created a caramel macchiato cheesecake!

Sinfully rich and velvety smooth, this elegant recipe becomes a favourite as soon as it is tasted. It is best if made a day before serving.

A deliciously decadent cheesecake recipe. The cake is layered with crushed Amaretti biscuits, soft cheese, mascarpone, sponge fingers and coffee liqueur.

This recipe was passed down to me from my mum. It produces a rich, chocolaty cheesecake perfect for all cheesecake and chocolate lovers alike! Taste a little to ensure that the right amount of chocolate-ness has been reached. If you like cheesecakes a little more chocolaty then you may need to add a little more cocoa powder/water mix to taste.

This is such an easy cheesecake to make and always gets the WOW factor - it is now my signature dish. Everybody that likes cheesecake, will love this one. I have to make one for every social occasion that we go to, and it is eaten FAST!!!!

Here a very thin, crisp pastry case is filled with a creamy orange-flavoured filling – a delicious light alternative to pastry cream – and covered with luscious strawberries and blueberries. A sweet glaze is the finishing touch.

A very rich chocolate cheesecake recipe. If this does not drive your partner wild, keep the recipe and replace him or her. Note: The topping for this cheesecake is your choice, you could use chocolate dipped strawberries, purchased chocolate truffles or melt chocolate and/or white chocolate and drizzle it over the top.

TRUST ME ON THIS -- Anyone who likes white chocolate will LOVE this cheesecake! Great for dinner guests and parties. This cheesecake will keep (removed from the tin, in an airtight container) for up to 3 days. Takes a while to make but every bit of it is worth it in the end!
