This recipe is a family favourite which I often make for dinner parties and Christmas. Its crunchy meringue outside and fluffly centre make the perfect combination. Top with fresh fruit and whipped cream.

Gorgeous meringues - gooey on the inside, with a hint of coconut. Serve with a tropical flavoured sorbet - mango, pineapple, passion fruit - for a refreshing summer pudding.

As a confirmed chocoholic being put on a dairy free and wheat free diet was traumatic, but this pud has kept me on the straight and narrow. Be warned it is very rich!! Tips :- Use the water to rinse out the can before recycling it. If you do not like the desiccated coconut texture just leave it out.

Perfect for chocolate lovers! Great for entertaining, deceptively easy to make. Perfect for people who can't have gluten. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream, or simply dusted with icing sugar. I flour the cake tin using cocoa powder so it won't leave white marks on the cake and keeps it totally gluten free. You can make an icing for the top or pour over melted chocolate.

A heavenly, two ingredient chocolate dessert! So easy, too! After chilling for a couple of hours, you can also use the firmed mousse to make chocolate truffles.

The simplest, most delicious chicken recipe I know - anyone can make it! Roast a few extra whole garlic cloves to spread on crusty bread as a great starter to this meal.

This beef fillet roast is stuffed with lobster, then cooked in wine, garlic and butter for an indisputably impressive dish.

A very impressive and delicious recipe for how simple it is! Just crush the garlic with the side of a chef's knife blade instead of chopping it, and keep the sprigs of rosemary whole - this allows them to be easily removed before serving.

Serve these delectable strawberries on their own, or over meringue or sponge with whipped cream.
