This is quick & easy as all bbq food should be. Remember to soak skewers so they do not burn.

Rustle up a speedy version of the popular West Indian classic, "rice ‘n’ peas," for a delicious, nourishing one-pot meal, and give it a real kick with hot chillies if you're brave enough. Serve with a baby spinach and iceberg lettuce salad.

Thickened with ground almonds and yoghurt, this minced meat dish is rich and creamy yet not as indulgent as traditional Indian korma curries that are full of cream and ghee (clarified butter). Serve with warm chappatis or naan to mop up the delicious, aromatic sauce.

This delicious curry is just as spicy and good as the restaurant varieties! Try making it yourself...it's easy and fills the house with a great aroma.

This is pure comfort food especially for when its a cold day. The recipe was originally made by my Gran, my Mum taught me, and now I want to teach everyone, it's too good to be just a family recipe! The dish came about as my gran was German and my grandfather was Indian. My Granddad loved spicy curries, and using sausages was cheaper than cuts of meat, the Germans have the dish curried sausage. The dish has a spicy sweet but mellow flavour with a lovely thick sauce
