Just like the title says - a delicious pavlova topped with banana slices, caramel sauce and whipped cream. The perfect combination of two very yummy desserts making one that will have you making it over and over again.

I first made this in my A-level Home Economics class - sometimes I get a craving to make it again. Usually in the summer! It's a very smooth solid dessert. I like to make it in individual ramekins and serve with fresh raspberries and cream. I buy the seaweed in a health shop in Donegal.

Mmmmm . . . imagine warm sticky toffee puddings served with a dollop of Baileys Extra Thick Cream with a hint of Crème Caramel! The perfect midweek treat. Yummy.

As a little boy I grew up helping my mother make apple and other fruit pies. Sadly my mum is no longer with us, but her legendary apple tart lives on. I promise you will really enjoy this!

I can never decide whether to make rhubarb tart or rhubarb crumble – so this recipe solved my dilemma! Fresh chunks of rhubarb cooked in a buttery pastry case and topped with a crunchy crumble topping. Perfection! The really great thing is you can do this with any fruit.

This recipe provides the wrapping or covering for many pies, both sweet and savoury. Follow individual recipe instructions for methods of use and baking. See notes at the bottom of recipe for more ideas. This recipe makes enough to cover a large pie dish for serving 4-6 or to cut out 6 individual large scones.

A jazzed up version of the old favourite apple crumble. Great to use up the glut of strawberries in the summer time.
