Deliciously moist Irish wheaten bread with hints of banana, strawberry and white chocolate. If you prefer, you can make this into scones rather than a loaf.

Great as an appetiser on barbeque days. The sweet and salty mix goes down a treat!

Just like the title says - a delicious pavlova topped with banana slices, caramel sauce and whipped cream. The perfect combination of two very yummy desserts making one that will have you making it over and over again.

This is an Northern Ireland recipe given to me by my mum many years ago! You don't boil the cake, just the ingredients before you bake it.

This is more commonly known as "fruit soda". Serve sliced, buttered and with strong tea! You can also make this recipe into scones or farls.

As a little boy I grew up helping my mother make apple and other fruit pies. Sadly my mum is no longer with us, but her legendary apple tart lives on. I promise you will really enjoy this!

I can never decide whether to make rhubarb tart or rhubarb crumble – so this recipe solved my dilemma! Fresh chunks of rhubarb cooked in a buttery pastry case and topped with a crunchy crumble topping. Perfection! The really great thing is you can do this with any fruit.

A jazzed up version of the old favourite apple crumble. Great to use up the glut of strawberries in the summer time.

These lightly spiced teacakes are packed full of nutritious dried fruit. They are simple to make and delicious served lightly toasted and spread with a little butter or jam at tea-time.
