Anyone who truly loves you will love you with garlic breath, too! Chicken is pan seared and then finishes cooking on a bed of garlic cloves. Toss with tagliatelle and herbed tomatoes and onions. Use any cut of chicken you like with this recipe - two pieces per person.

Try this easy dish of frozen chicken breast fillets cooked in a spicy tomato sauce for a change. It is best served with cooked rigatoni or penne, offering a chunk of fresh Parmesan cheese for grating over, and freshly ground black pepper for a little extra heat.

'Cacciatore' literally means 'hunter' in Italian, and this 'hunter style' dish makes good use of mushrooms (easily available to hunters trekking through forests!), onions tomatoes and herbs. If desired, serve over spaghetti.

My first recipe here :) I threw this together a couple of days ago, as I found some beautiful fresh Fennel and some stunning fresh chicken legs. The idea was to mix my mothers stunning recipe for Spanish garlic chicken with the fresh fennel and give that a little Italian twist.
