As chocoholic I am always trying to make up for all of my weekend indulgences by finding ways to satisfy my sweet tooth during the week without any of of the naughtiness. This is as innocent as chocolate cheesecake comes, but its still rich, creamy and hits the spot when you just need some chocolate.

This is a recipe I have known since I was a child and is a great one to rustle up if you are in need of a quick chocolate fix as it comes out as a chocolate sponge cake with a delicious choc sauce hidden at the bottom. Great with icecream!

This recipe has no fat and transforms some everyday ingredients in to something very delicious. This cake recipe also ticks all the boxes for a flexible cake, it can be made in advance, it is parev and it is ideal for Pesach.

A delightful orange-flavoured sponge cake, perfect for Passover. This recipe uses fine matzo meal.

I was bored in the kitchen cooking dinner while the mrs was watching her soaps. Rather than numb my brain I decided to stay in the kitchen and cobled up this desert it turned out great! It was a light cake really moist and zesty from the lemon curd it seemed to rise through the cake. The cake rose nicely and when eating the lemon curd at the bottom was nice and sticky and complemented the rest of the cake.
