I'm a very, VERY basic eater and I don't do veg (except for the mighty potato) and spices are usually out of the window too. Bonanza Pie is just a nice way to jumble what I like into one dish. Those who have tried it have all reported back positively.

Was frying some cheap sausages when they sort of crumbled into sausagey breadcrumbs. I fried some other stuff, veg, flavourings, two eggs, into it. It turned out REALLY nice!

A delicious recipe that substitutes a portobello mushroom for a pizza base. Try using pesto instead of pasta sauce, and experiment with your favourite pizza toppings. An easy supper for one!

I came up with this sandwich when my husband wanted a ham and cheese toastie, but I decided to experiment with some ingredients from the fridge. He absolutely loved it!
