This is the treat my children love to make themselves after a good term at school or when they have a friend staying. One cake is big enough to share between 2 children if you can convince them of it!!!

This combination is so good together and it's a great way to get your kids eating fruit. I make this for my daughter's lunch and she loves it.

It is important that seasonings are added at the last minute. The butter used is unmeasured because you can add more or less butter depending on taste. The trick to the perfect scrambled egg is not to over-cook. Scrambled egg should be slightly runny, not solid.

These yoghurt pots are healthy and delicious. They make an easy breakfast or snack on the go, or can be artfully presented for a light summer pud. Enjoy using the freshest summer berries.
