I first made this when I worked in a pub in Manchester. Tastes like the best ice cream you ever had and goes down smoothly. Careful, it's stronger than you think! Make sure you add the shots in the right order - if you do it in the wrong order, they may not mix and will look awful.

Sounds quite odd, but once tasted you will love it.

I'm a very, VERY basic eater and I don't do veg (except for the mighty potato) and spices are usually out of the window too. Bonanza Pie is just a nice way to jumble what I like into one dish. Those who have tried it have all reported back positively.

A classic baked chocolate tart with a twist. A layer of fudge hidden inside. This is my final development for my food technology GCSE's. ( In mine i also poached some orange rind for the side, and added orange juice and orange liquor to the filling, but left this out of the ingredients as it is optional.) Perfect for impressing guests, my exam question was to make a product suitable for mass production and suitable for a special occasion; i did romantic dinner.

It is important that seasonings are added at the last minute. The butter used is unmeasured because you can add more or less butter depending on taste. The trick to the perfect scrambled egg is not to over-cook. Scrambled egg should be slightly runny, not solid.

I was hungry one afternoon and I thought I'd make something that would be filling and satisfying with the food I was craving then. Ideal to make this in a slightly higher bowl than a normal one. We'll call this bowl 1 as you'll need 3. I prefer to use Birds Eye fish fingers, Heinz spaghetti and Smash (instant mashed potato) for its taste.

Everyone has their own version - this is the one I make most weekends, especially if there are guests or I've over-indulged with drinks the night before.

Was frying some cheap sausages when they sort of crumbled into sausagey breadcrumbs. I fried some other stuff, veg, flavourings, two eggs, into it. It turned out REALLY nice!

As chocoholic I am always trying to make up for all of my weekend indulgences by finding ways to satisfy my sweet tooth during the week without any of of the naughtiness. This is as innocent as chocolate cheesecake comes, but its still rich, creamy and hits the spot when you just need some chocolate.

The best cure for a hangover, or if you wake up starving, it's so delicously fattening that you can feel your arteries blocking....some call it the heartache sandwich, others call it the widow maker, i call it heaven.
