A filling pasta dish, my take on the Italian carbonara.

Authentic Caribbean rums are best for this drink.

I'm a very, VERY basic eater and I don't do veg (except for the mighty potato) and spices are usually out of the window too. Bonanza Pie is just a nice way to jumble what I like into one dish. Those who have tried it have all reported back positively.

This is a cheat's chai tea - rather than making the tea and spice blend yourself, use your favourite brand of tea and then embellish it a little.

This creamy pilaf incorporates the fluffy, nutty-flavoured grain, quinoa, with a decadent and delicious hard goat cheese. This has an amazing flavour and texture. Try serving with steamed salmon. I think this would work well with pine nuts as well as a variety of other cheeses.

I try to drink green tea on a daily basis. I came up with this recipe to make it more interesting. You can use freshly squeezed orange juice instead of grapefruit juice.

I made this dish for my husband who likes pasta. It was a success, the lemon makes the dish refreshing and light.

The first recipe I properly crafted myself. A little derivative and exceedingly simple, but satisfying nontheless. Ideal as a late supper when you can't be bothered spending much time cooking. This could be served with lime juice, and you could add a little chopped chilli to the rice.

This is how my grandad makes his cuppa. He's in his seventies now and drinks whisky like he'll never get hold of it again. This drink is very relaxing and a great way to sedate family members and friends.
