This drinking chocolate tastes so luxurious and is made from the simplest of ingredients. Use a best quality dark chocolate bar for this, preferably organic, with at least 70% cocoa solids.

After tweaking a crepe recipe I came up with this incredibly delicious version -- chocolate crepe batter, with bananas and chocolate sauce! A very big hit with my friends! Top with icing sugar or whipped cream.

I won a gold medal with this recipe in a culinary Olympics in March of 2007. Serve the souffles with fresh raspberry sauce, if desired.

I was new to those recipes where you separate the eggs. This recipe is the second I have which bakes firm on top but saucy underneath. Please cook and find out yourself.

A heavenly, two ingredient chocolate dessert! So easy, too! After chilling for a couple of hours, you can also use the firmed mousse to make chocolate truffles.

A dark chocolate dip. I always use a bar that has a minimum of 50% cocoa solids as this has a good strong bitterness. I have tried making it with white and milk chocolate but it didn't work, it didn't set.

A creamy chocolate mousse flavoured with Irish cream. I really didn't know I could make something so good! I have also substituted dry gin for the Irish cream with delicious results.

This delectable version of the popular Italian dessert includes the traditional sponge biscuits soaked in coffee and liqueur for the base, but rather than a rich topping there is a light and creamy mixture of sweetened ricotta cheese and Greek-style yogurt. A sprinkling of grated dark chocolate is the finishing touch.

These warm, soft and gooey mini chocolate cakes are perfect for that ubiquitous chocolate fix. A good-quality plain chocolate is necessary for the success of these cakes.

This is a delicious adaptation of the famous Bread & Butter Pudding, swapping white bread for Pain au Chocolat (Chocolate Croissants). For a slightly healthier option try swapping Pain au Chocolat for regular fresh Croissants spread with Orange Marmalade.

Pears and chocolate are one of those classic, heavenly combinations. Enjoy this seductive dessert during the autumn, when juicy pears are abundant.
