This recipe uses amaretto liqueur. It's a creamy cheesecake with a light almond flavour.

No bake cheesecake that is light, but VERY rich! Given to me by a professor to share.

This is a beautiful dish that's always a hit! This is a layered antipasti plate, so you can cut it in square slices neatly and find all the ingredients in every bite. Add veggies to your liking. Serve with fresh ciabatta or crusty bread. Enjoy!

Nickie, my boss, made this cheesecake and brought it to work. Everyone raved about it and it is to die for! I know of no one who does not like it, although it may not be so beautiful to look at.

I bought a similar spread at the supermarket awhile back, and I thought that I could do it better and cheaper myself. I use tinned artichoke hearts, though you can buy fresh artichokes and cook them yourself.

A hot dip that is sure to impress the next time you feed a crowd. Perfect served with crackers or crusty bread.

This makes for a luxuriously rich vegetarian meal, prepared in only an hour thanks to a few shortcuts. Aubergine slices are dipped in egg and breadcrumbs, then baked instead of fried. The slices are layered with tomato pasta sauce, mozzarella and Parmesan.

Pitta is spread with cream cheese, and rolled with a slice of bacon. They come out of the oven warm and crispy. Make sure you get the first one because they don't last long!

This is an elegant and easy starter or party nibble. Serve with crusty bread and an assortment of fresh fruit such as figs or grapes.

This moreish party nibble is impressively presented. Be sure to use a hearty, good-quality crusty loaf of bread for this recipe.

Blue Cheese dressing has many uses. It can be served with vegetable sticks or as a dip for other starters, like chicken wings. And it's gorgeous on a crisp green salad with garlic croutons, cherry tomatoes and chicken breast fillets.

Warm melted brie and sauteed mushrooms are wrapped in a filo triangle. Great for parties! These are time consuming to make, but extremely elegant.

This is a great recipe that gets compliments when ever I make it. It is very rich, and worth the time and calories.

I work in a coffee shop and my favourite coffee drink is a caramel macchiato - so I created a caramel macchiato cheesecake!

Interesting combination of ingredients make it an ideal accompaniment to homemade soup, stew or light salad. Also school lunchboxes.

This dip is quick, easy and delicious and feeds a large crowd. Try experimenting with different types of cheese. Serve with plenty of crackers.

The usual filling is feta cheese; this version calls for Gouda and Emmenthal. If you have never worked with filo pastry before, know that it is very fragile and must be kept covered or it will dry out very quickly. This is labour-intensive, but worth it. I like to divide the filling ahead of time into 48 equal little portions to ensure that all the borek are uniform in size. This may be made a day before they are baked, and stored covered in the refrigerator.
