Perfect for feeding a crowd at a summer barbecue, this is a tasty twist on the classic American recipe for baked beans. The variety of beans used gives the dish great flavour, along with the streaky bacon. Try this for a break from the ordinary. If you don't have French's mustard to hand, substitute half a tablespoon of English mustard.

Simple, healthy and tasty - squash is dressed with olive oil, fresh parsley and garlic. If you don't want to peel it first, simply slice in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds. A very simple but totally delicious vegetarian dish. Fennel is baked with cream, creme fraiche and Parmesan cheese. It's so simple and if you've never tried fennel before - be prepared to be delighted. This is an ideal accompaniment to many tomato based Italian dishes as the creaminess balances nicely with the tomato.

These chips have great flavour and crisp up well in the oven, but are bounds healthier than fried. Substitute another herb, such as oregano or parsley, for the basil if you wish.
