Delicious, naughty, gorgeous and really easy to make! No baking required! If you can melt chocolate and bash biscuits this is for you!!

A recipe I made by myself. Delicious, but you'll need a day to stay at home to make this ice cream - no machine needed except a freezer.

This is a light version of a cheesecake served in a glass for easy portioning! Condensed milk will thicken when lime or lemon juice is added – making the filling set perfectly without the need for gelatine!

Berries are the utterly fresh flavour of summer. Tart, sweet and juicy, they come in a wide array of types, ranging from bright and delicate raspberries to fleshy strawberries, plump little blueberries and rich blackberries. The passion fruit is not a distinctive flavour in this dish, but instead it adds a fragrant tart edge.

I adored black forest gateaux in the 70s and loved trifle so decided I would fuse the two. You can make it all from scratch but also easy to substitute ready made goods if you don't have the inclination. The ingredients are split to enable you to decide at each 'layer'.

An incredibly easy way to round off a dinner party - but only if they aren't driving! I like to serve two small scoops in tiny dishes with shortbread, biscotti or amaretti. You can vary this any way you like - try Cointreau or Drambuie (my favourite), or add a few drops of real vanilla extract or some of the vanilla seeds.

Home-made ice creams are rich and creamy, and always a luscious treat. This one, served with hot apricots, is no exception. If you have an ice cream maker - see notes below.

This is our classic recipe, loved all over the world, using Condensed Milk. Have you tried our Carnation Caramel - it's great to make a really quick Banoffee Pie.

This is one of my favourite desserts to make for company in the spring. It’s easy with store-bought sponge cake and it looks like it took hours to prepare with the candied fruit/ricotta filling and green tinted marzipan covering. Some variations use gelato instead of ricotta, but I prefer it best with ricotta.

This pretty cake is quick and easy, but still delicious and impressive. It is made by layering a sweetened soft cheese mixture, syrup-dipped sponge fingers and cherry jam.
