I adored black forest gateaux in the 70s and loved trifle so decided I would fuse the two. You can make it all from scratch but also easy to substitute ready made goods if you don't have the inclination. The ingredients are split to enable you to decide at each 'layer'.

This is a great recipe that you can add different ingredients to that will make 4 different kinds of eggs...all yummy. I always get loads of compliments when I make these.

A simple fudge recipe combining chocolate chips, condensed milk, pecans and orange zest. Substitute almonds, or any kind of nut, if desired.

This is a very easy recipe, requiring no sugar thermometer and no sensitive tempering of the chocolate. Make several to give as a homemade food gift or to include in a Christmas hamper.

If you want to wow your family with extra special Easter eggs, this is the recipe for you! These are peanut butter and coconut cream Easter eggs dipped in chocolate. They are both delicious and beautiful!

Insanely easy, but so gorgeously rich! Recipe makes a large amount but you can vary flavourings and coatings to make several different varieties. All the better to give as gifts!

Easy yet so delicious, this fresh fruit trifle combines my favourite trifle recipes to create a mouthwatering dessert. Use any fruits you wish - such as mangos or raspberries - to create your own culinary delight.

This recipe was passed down to me from my mum. It produces a rich, chocolaty cheesecake perfect for all cheesecake and chocolate lovers alike! Taste a little to ensure that the right amount of chocolate-ness has been reached. If you like cheesecakes a little more chocolaty then you may need to add a little more cocoa powder/water mix to taste.

A quick and easy recipe that contains no eggs or gelatine and is suitable for any occasion. It's great served with whatever fruit is in season.

I prefer to make a shortbread base rather than use digestive biscuits - it tastes a little richer. But the choice is yours. Either way, this is a great dessert for a crowd.

Having been diagnosed as allergic to dairy I've had to find alternatives. This makes a great treat any time but i love it wrapped in a hot pancake ....... mmmmmm
