Slight adaptation of a microwave flapjack recipe from this website. The fruit was my idea and my daughter insisted on the marshmallows!

I'm from the States, and have taken to Beans on Toast and Cheese on Toast. And with leftover Chilli Con Carne, one day I put those two together with Chilli on Toast. This recipe is for a single serving but can be easily doubled, tripled, etc.

One of my favourite comfort foods, these flapjacks are also great to snack on at work or home. Quick and easy to make, add sultanas or chocolate chips at own preference!

Make your own crisps using your microwave! A tasty and easy alternative to bought crisps (not to mention alot cheaper). A mandoline or food processor makes slicing the potato into paper thin slices alot easier.

A Halloween treat that children can have fun making. If you melt the chocolate and let it cool - they can do the rest.
