Wonderfully refreshing in summer, the fragrant aroma of dill complements the delicate taste of cucumber beautifully. Fresh, zesty mint would make a good alternative to the dill.

Cool and refreshing, it is the ideal choice for a simple lunch or midsummer supper, with some seeded country-style bread or rolls. Or serve it as a light starter on a warm evening.

You are sure to be impressed by the superior flavour and texture of home-made pasta. Making the dough allows you to vary the ingredients and flavourings used to produce a pasta that suits your specific requirements. And with a freshly made sauce, you can turn your pasta into a delicious meal to suit any occasion. This recipe makes about 1 1/2 pounds.

A cross between a breakfast sorbet and thick drink, this refreshing, virtually fat-free start to the day takes just seconds to whiz up. The secret of preparing it quickly is to keep a selection of chopped fruit in the freezer, then you can simply dip in to select a combination that suits your mood.

A very typical spanish sangria, with a twist at the end.. I make this for parties and bbqs, I always make a 5 litre bucket it's cheap and very cheerful, always a hit!! It has vodka but the sangria is so fruity that it won't be noticed.
