A rich gooey chilled cake that you can cut up into biscuit portions. Pure heaven for anyone who loves chocolate! Be patient, for best results - you will need to chill overnight or for at least 8 hours.

This drinking chocolate tastes so luxurious and is made from the simplest of ingredients. Use a best quality dark chocolate bar for this, preferably organic, with at least 70% cocoa solids.

There's no substitute for toffee apples, but try this chocolaty version if you want to mix things up a bit. This is a great Halloween recipe to make with children.

Take a trip back to the 70s with this chocolate fondue. It is simply prepared in a fondue pot and served with your favourite fruits or snack foods -- fresh sliced strawberries, bananas, Granny Smith apples, oranges, pineapple, etc.

This is delicioius. It's not as sickly as buttercream but is much nicer than plain glace icing. It sets, but not too solidly, so it's in between butter icing & glace. This makes enough to ice and fill and 8inch cake.

As a confirmed chocoholic being put on a dairy free and wheat free diet was traumatic, but this pud has kept me on the straight and narrow. Be warned it is very rich!! Tips :- Use the water to rinse out the can before recycling it. If you do not like the desiccated coconut texture just leave it out.

Keep this unbelievably easy recipe a secret, never revealing that the silky, rich dessert of dark and white chocolate was created in minutes, not hours. Dark chocolate with 70 per cent cocoa solids will give the dessert the best flavour. Delicious!

A heavenly, two ingredient chocolate dessert! So easy, too! After chilling for a couple of hours, you can also use the firmed mousse to make chocolate truffles.

This fudge recipe is decadently creamy and everyone requests it at Christmas. While preparing, be sure that you don't let the mixture get hotter than 114 degrees C or it gets really dry but still tastes good.

I've been making this toffee at Christmas time for years. My best friend Jane gave me the original version when we first met some 30 years ago--where does the time go! It's been a family favorite ever since...

This creamy fudge is everything you would expect in a fudge; creamy, very chocolaty and addictive. But it has reduced fat ingredients to lessen a bit of the fat and calories.
