This is melt in the mouth! This pork tenderloin soaks up the yummy juices as it cooks. Make sure to serve the juices on the side - it's amazing! This recipe is so simple, you will love it!

Baked chicken in a slow cooker for busy people! Put the chicken on in the morning, and have golden brown baked chicken for dinner.

Easiest recipe I've ever made! I received it when my eldest son was a baby -- today he is 17 and it is still a hit! Just a few minutes of preparation, and all day cooking. Dinner will be hot and ready whenever you have a chance to eat. Meat falls from the bone, and sauce can be used as a gravy for rice or chips. Enjoy!

This easy cheesy slow cooker recipe is my family's favourite. Make it once and I bet you'll make it once a month from now on.

Use your favourite brand of pasta sauce or tinned chopped tomatoes. Add chicken, green peppers, onion, garlic and mushrooms and your done! The slow cooker does the rest. Serve with roast potatoes, mash, rice or pasta.

Chouriço is simply the Portuguese chorizo. All the better if you can find Portuguese chouriço for this dish, but the more ubiquitous Spanish chorizo will work just fine. Serve over mash or rice.

This is a family favourite and easy to prepare in the slow cooker. The chicken has a bite to it but one can control the heat by limiting the amount of hot pepper sauce used. Even if you don't like very spicy food, include a few drops for flavour.

A quick lentil soup with ham, fragrantly spiced with caraway and nutmeg. Tastes great the next day and freezes well too.

This takes a while to marinade, but with beef this toothsome it is well worth it. Serve hot with flour tortillas, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, salsa and soured cream. This also works well with pork.

This is my daughter Molly's favourite chicken dish which I make in a slow cooker. It's very easy to prepare and it tastes great with rice and green veg.

Mum cooked this fabulous recipe when I was very young, made with lean lamb chops and fresh chunky vegetables and lots of natural gravy, served with bread and butter. I have fussy eaters so i use some chops and some big pieces of steak, keeping everybody happy and all in one pot. If you have a chicken lover cut up a chicken breast and add to pot.

A beautiful tender and mouthwatering casserole, so full of flavour. It forms a juicy and delightfully tasty gravy with carrots, celery and onion. Delicious served with boiled rice or couscous. My family couldn't get enough of this and were fighting to book the leftover bit for lunch the next day. A real success.

Pheasant recipes - especially good ones - are very hard to find! This one results in a moist, tender and delicious pheasant that even my kids love. Its adapted from a recipe a friend passed on to me.

I've made it a couple of times now and absolutely love it. It gets better every time! Slow cooking the roasting joint in an oven roasting bag makes the meat so tender! Serve the pork with tortillas.
