This is a healthy, fast and delicious breakfast that a friend of mine invented when we had no bread or cereal in the house, and we've all been hooked on it since! You can use whatever fruit and flavour of yoghurt you want, anything goes - my personal favourite is made with apple and banana with coconut yoghurt.
