Chocolate Cupcakes with Nutella Icing

An incredible chocolate fix! Nutella is the easiest icing in the world - you simply spread it straight from the jar. I decorated these with mini eggs for Easter, but you can use anything you like.
Deliciously moist triple lemon sponge cake
This is a very light and moist lemon sponge cake. It is a favourite with friends and family and especially the children. It isn't too sharp and not too sweet either. Definitely worth a try!
Orange Blossom Icing
This delicious and very naughty orange icing makes the perfect topping for rich chocolate cakes and muffins, and adds a decadent finish to wholesome fruit muffins. Why not try it with our Crackle Topped Orange Muffins?
Rollable fondant icing
I've finally perfected the homemade rolled fondant recipe that requires no egg whites or marshmallows, and can be made with most things that the cake decorator will have in the kitchen! It came from the mixing together (after much experimentation and failure) of a few different recipes from cookery books around the house, but I owe the inspiration mostly to my grandmother's magazines from the 50s!
White chocolate buttercream icing
Yummy, sweet icing, to match with the damson and white chocolate cupcake recipe!...or just any cupcakes :)! This goes particularly well with regular chocolate cupcakes, vanilla cupcakes, and coconut cupcakes.

This is a wonderful lemon cake for Easter or a special occasion like Mother's Day. It's light, lovely and citrusy and will definitely brighten up your day!
