Stunning and very tasty cake for grown ups. It doesn't contain any flour and it's actually quite easy to make. I called it a layer cake but it's actually only 2 layers... We have to bake a cake first and cool it down. Then prepare the cream we put inside in-between the layers and cool it again in the fridge - well, I prefer it that way :) The only picture i have is when I've made it for Easter... enjoy!
