Kinda of like a strawberry trifle but looks much more elegant! I use frozen strawberries in this no cook dessert because they are usually riper and make a richer strawberry sauce for the top of this cake.

Marshmallow and jelly dessert, my favourite as a child. This is super easy to make and requires just three simple ingredients. Children will love it, and they can help to make it too.

A delicious cake that is great for all occasions. Kids from 1 to 101 love it. It is sweet, cold, and has pleased my family for years. I have a nephew that has banned me from attending all his birthday parties unless I make and bring one of my ice cream cakes for him. It has always been a hit no matter who I have made it for. I hope you enjoy it as much as my family and friends have.

I adapted this recipe from a traditional vanilla one in an old Harrod's recipe book. I made it for party and it went down a storm!!

Instead of eton mess - this is a chocolate mess made with meringues! An instant dessert that requires no cooking. It's easily adapted for your own tastes. You can add other ingredients like fruit or different sweets. I make this a lot with my girl guides when we go camping and they love it!!

A yummy and suprisingly tasty mixture of berries and ice cream or yogurt, with a crumbled biscuit layer.

Elegant and easy to make - this is a great recipe for parties or a romantic evening. White chocolate may be drizzled over the milk chocolate for a posh look.

A luscious ricotta ice cream dessert or parfait that has llittle nuggets of nougat and raspberries in it. Serve with fresh berries or the berry compote recipe below. The almonds are optional since alot of nougat already contains nuts.
