A wonderful comforting soup, tres easy to make and goes down a treat with a bacon butty! Serve with crispy bacon in a crusty roll - Heaven! :o)
This soup is one of my family favourites. We like it during cold winter days. It's tasty, satisfying and - at the same time - light. It can be served as a first course, or as a late night snack.
