Chocolate Fudge Pudding
A real treat from the good old WRI! This is possibly the world's easiest recipe but produces a result that is definitely not one for the faint-hearted! This recipe uses cocoa powder but for a less rich version you can replace it with drinking chocolate powder. The more you use, the more intense the chocolatey flavour!
Chocolate Fudge Icing
This is delicioius. It's not as sickly as buttercream but is much nicer than plain glace icing. It sets, but not too solidly, so it's in between butter icing & glace. This makes enough to ice and fill and 8inch cake.
Sauce Robert (Onion Gravy)
A quick easy onion gravy/sauce handed down through my family. Goes perfectly with roast pork (and equally well with cold roast pork sandwiches the next day), sausages, pork steaks - basically any type of pork. It has a lovely flavour and smells divine, and you can also prepare it ahead of time.
Tomato and mozzarella tarts

Honey Tahini Tofu and Carrot Stack
This recipe was inspired by a honey tahini tilapia recipe on Cara's Cravings blogspot; after reading her recipe I just had to try this Greek-inspired honey tahini sauce because it's the first time I've ever found the thought of tahini mouth-watering. The result was a quick, healthy and delicious meal.
Blue cheese and brandy savoury cupcakes
Savoury, delicious cupcakes made with blue cheese and a dash of brandy. Nice alternative to a plain dinner or soup roll or something different to serve at a BBQ. Make a batch and freeze. I have made in a cupcake maker but can equally be made in an oven.
