Cheats Malai Kulfi

Kulfi is known as an Indian-style ice cream. This malai kulfi won't have you slaving over the hob for hours, waiting for the milk to reduce. It's a cheat recipe, where you can use condensed milk in its place. This kulfi is lightly spiced with the flowery aroma of cardamom.
Chocolate delight
A chocolate ice cream delight. Three luxury chocolates are combined into a delicious topping for ice cream.
Shakeaway chocolate milkshake
Lush chocolate milkshake. It's made with three kinds of luxury chocolate, melted and combined with vanilla ice cream.
Fruity milkshake
This is a recipe which you can have in any flavour. My favourites are: blackberry, strawberry, raspberry, pineapple and kiwi and banana. This recipe does not have certain amounts of ingredients. If you want it thicker, add more ice cream; thinner, more milk; and if you want it more fruity, add more fruit.
Tiramisu Semifreddo
Tiramisu translates as "pick me up" because it contains caffeine in the form of coffee and cocoa. "Semi-freddo" translates as half frozen and is an easy-to-make ice cream.
