It's a really simple recipe and my daughter loves getting involved in mixing things together. If you want to bake this in a tray bake tin multiply the recipe by half (e.g instead of 180g of flour, use 270g and so on.)
A great way to combine buttery shortbread with creamy fudged topped off with dark rich chocolate. I made this dish as an experiment which turned out to be a huge hit with family and friends.
