These are mini fairy cakes so they are a nice size for kids. They are easy and so quick to make, too. Children can decorate them any way they like. Feel free to use whatever type of chocolate you prefer. We have fun making these every year!

I love making brownies, they are really easy to make and taste great. This recipe is a basic double chocolate brownie recipe but i have added some coloured icing sugar and mini eggs just to add that special easter touch, but you could go to town on this by covering with a chocolate frosting and mini eggs. I have tried this with so many different types of chocolate, dark, milk, plain, expensive or own brands and you know what, i don’t think it matters what type you use, they all taste great.
