An exciting twist on the classic prawn cocktail, this makes for an exhilarating and light starter. For an extra special treat, add a shot of vodka to the glass and drink the liquid when the prawns and veg have been eaten! Add hot sauce, like Tabasco, to taste. Also, best to use a seasoned tomato juice cocktail rather than regular tomato juice, otherwise you'll have to add more seasoning to compensate.
