This is a Mexican inspired soup dish. Chilli beans are slowly cooked with sweetcorn, black beans and chicken in a seasoned tomato soup base. Enjoy for lunch or dinner. Serve with a dollop of soured cream, grated Cheddar cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
