This chicken pasta recipe is quick and easy to make and there won't be many leftovers. I took it to uni with me once and all of my friends couldn't resist! I think this dish is still open to variation and I usually don't measure the quantities... So I will do my best but feel free to play around with it! I prefer to use a fat dry egg fettucine. Fresh pastas don't seem to cook as well and sometimes go slimy.

Perfect for a weeknight dinner. This dish is quick and simple, yet totally satisfying. It combines sliced sausages, chicken, peppers, courgettes and mushrooms in a thick and delicious tomato sauce.

A simple dish that is a tasty take on a traditional carbonara. This carbonara has a richly flavoured cream sauce, which is tossed with bacon, chicken and fettuccine. You can, of course, use spaghetti or any other pasta you wish.

I call this serendipity because it was just a heap of ingredients that were left in the fridge. When made for friends and family, they are usually surprised at how good it tastes. Its really adaptable too; you can use a carbonara sauce instead, cut out the meat and make it a veggie meal, or ive even used cabbage instead of brocolli and it tastes really good! Oh, and you can use rice instead of pasta to make a cheat's risotto.... See what I mean? See what you can do with it! Hope you enjoy it x

An easy meal to make any night of the week. Guaranteed to warm you up. The tomato cream sauce is easier on the waistline, but still has a rich and creamy taste. If you don't want it spicy, omit the cayenne and chilli powder and use some black pepper to taste instead.

This is a forgiving recipe, to which you can add and subtract ingredients according to your family's tastes. Since the veg is chopped up small, however, it is fab for getting your kids to eat their veggies. Be adventurous. Substitute for your fave ingredients. Use what you have in the fridge.
