    Lovely tastes just like the one you get from the Chinese takeaway. Quick and easy to make. If you like a bit of spice, add some chilli flakes. If you find the soup too thin, add a little more cornflour.

    As soon as I start to feel like I'm getting a cold, I make this noodle soup. The flavour of spicy chillies, fresh ginger and mint never fail to make me feel better. You can add some cooked chicken if need something more filling.
