This is a great cheese sauce, which is based on the traditional white sauce, béchamel. It’s quick and easy, cheesy and very delicious. Serve over pasta, pour on top of lasagne or serve with anything you fancy.
You can add other flavourings to it, such as cheese to make a cheese sauce and beaten eggs, for a rich, cheesy sauce for moussaka or lasagne.
