Step 3: Bake the seeds
Place the tray with the seeds in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, stir the seeds so they cook evenly. Then bake for another 15 minutes, or until the seeds turn golden brown.
Remove the tray from the oven, and slide the toasted seeds into a bowl so they don't over-brown or burn from the heat of the tray.
Let them cool off before you snack on them.
