Black Bean Dip

    50 min

A dip low in fat and calories, but with loads of flavour. Let the dip chill so the consistency thickens and the beans have time to meld with the spices. If you can't find tinned black beans, use dried or a tin of refried beans instead.

Altered ingredient amounts. We loved the flavours in this dip! The only thing we deviated from on the recipe was the salt, we only used 1/2 of what it called for. Very easy to make too, always a plus at this house. Great dip!  -  15 Sep 2008

This is a very flavourful and easy to make dip, the mayo and soured cream are not overpowering.  -  15 Sep 2008

Used different ingredients. This recipe is pretty good. I added lime juice and onions to add some extra fresh flavours.  -  15 Sep 2008
