About this recipe: If you stock your bar at home with bloody Mary mix, this is a dish that takes literally 2 minutes to prepare! If you haven't bloody Mary mix to hand, use a spiced tomato or vegetable juice with a dash or two of Worcestershire sauce.


Serves: 2 

  • 450g salmon fillets
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 250ml spicy Bloody Mary mix

  1. Place salmon fillets in a medium baking dish, and season with salt and pepper. Pour spicy bloody Mary mix over the fillets. Cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the grill.
  3. Grill approximately 7 minutes, until fish is easily flaked with a fork and surface is lightly browned.
