    About this recipe: Love caprese salad? This little nibble is like a mini caprese in every bite. So easy to prepare, yet impressive when beautifully laid out on a white serving platter.

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
    • 1 (15g) pack fresh basil leaves
    • 450g fresh small mozzarella balls
    • 16 skewers
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • salt and pepper to taste

    1. Thread a tomato half, a small piece of basil leaf, and a mozzarella ball onto skewers until all ingredients are used. Arrange skewers on a serving platter. Drizzle the olive oil over the tomato, mozzarella and basil, leaving the end of the skewer clean. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
