Used different ingredients. Added about 2oz of 1/2 inch cubed feta to dough before baking - 30 Jun 2010
V. easy to make and v. tasty. I made two smaller breads, one just with herbs and another with feta, both were really good. Also I left them to rise for almost two hours before baking. Will do them again and again. Many thanks. - 01 Oct 2012
