    Ingredients
    Serves: 2 

    • 1 banana
    • 3 to 5 strawberries
    • 5 tablespoons skimmed milk
    • 225g (8 oz) low fat plain yoghurt

    1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
