    About this recipe: This mango sorbet is creamy and refreshing, a perfect end to a summer meal. It's especially nice for those who don't have ice cream makers - all you need is a freezer for this recipe.

    Serves: 8 

    • 2 mangoes - peeled, stones removed and cubed
    • 200g sugar
    • 250ml cream
    • 1 cupful of ice

    1. Place cubed mangoes, sugar, cream and ice into a blender; puree until smooth.
    2. Pour mixture into a large resealable plastic freezer bag. Seal, and freeze for 45 minutes to an hour. Move the contents around in the bag every 15 minutes while freezing.
