    About this recipe: My dad makes this easy haroset every year for Passover. Apples, pecans, walnuts, kosher wine and cinnamon is all you need to make this delicious Passover dish.

    Serves: 4 

    • 3 apples - peeled, cored and diced
    • 100g walnuts, chopped
    • 120g pecans, chopped
    • 250ml kosher red wine (such as Manischewitz)
    • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

    1. Stir the apples, walnuts, pecans and wine together in a large bowl. Season with cinnamon, stir and refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
