About this recipe: This is an easy and delicious baked salmon recipe. The salmon is covered in a mixture of yoghurt, mayo, lemon juice, tarragon, dill and cheese, then baked. Serve with green veg and rice.


Serves: 4 

  • 125g natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 90g grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 4 (110g) salmon fillets, skin removed

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C / Gas 6. Prepare a glass baking dish by lightly brushing with oil.
  2. Mix together yoghurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, tarragon, dill, mozzarella and Parmesan in a small bowl. Place fish fillets into prepared baking dish, and spread evenly with cheese mixture.
  3. Bake in preheated oven until fish flakes when tested with a fork, about 15 minutes.
